Lower floor:

-🍳 Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: induction stovetop, plates, cutlery, utensils, oven and microwave, coffee maker ☕, refrigerator, pots and pans.

-🚿 Large and bright bathroom with bidet, sink, bathtub, toilet, and hairdryer. A courtesy kit 🧴 and free washing machine are also provided for your convenience.

Upper floor:

-🛏️ Cozy sleeping area with a comfortable double bed, complete with fresh sheets, duvet, and pillows for a perfect rest.

Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in, we will hand you your digital keys.

There is an additional charge of €50 for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

There is an additional charge of €15 per hour for late checkout after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES, THERE WILL BE A FINE.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer crib service for families. However, we need to know this in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
For separate beds, there is a €15 charge.
