Complete with everything you need to prepare your favorite dish: pots, pans, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker ☕, sink, and a dining table perfect for shared lunches and dinners.

-🛏 Sleeping area:
A comfortable double bed with quality pillows and linens, and an additional sofa bed for extra guests.

A desk with chair 💻 is also available, ideal for studying or working remotely.

There is an extra charge of €50 for check-in after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-out after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES, YOU WILL BE FINED.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer crib service for families, but we need to let you know in advance so we can prepare everything you need for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
For separate beds, we require advance notice and the cost is €15.
