The space
Our apartment is flooded with natural light, thanks to the large windows and neutral colors that characterize it.
With a modern design and quality furniture, it offers a welcoming and refined atmosphere.
Located on the ground floor, the apartment is divided into:

- Living area with open kitchen.
- Sleeping area.
- Bathroom.

- Going up the stairs, you will find the sleeping area, equipped with a very comfortable double bed supplied with sheets, pillow and duvet.

-The living room is equipped with a sofa that can be transformed into a comfortable sofa bed, a space dedicated to work, with a desk, a TV for your relaxation and a wardrobe for your personal effects.

-The open kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite dish: fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, plates, glasses, cutlery and a dining table with chairs.

-The bathroom is equipped with all comforts: shower, bidet, toilet, towels, mirror, washing machine, complimentary kit and hairdryer.

The apartment is also equipped with heating and air conditioning.

In addition, we offer free Wi-Fi, perfect for surfing or working in smart working with maximum speed and without interruptions.

There is an extra cost for check-in after 9:00 pm of €50. We accept check-in until 11:45 pm and no later.
There is an extra cost for late checkout after 10:00 am of €15 per hour.
IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a cot service for families. However, we need to know this in advance so that we can prepare the necessary for your baby.
The rental supplement is only €20. We simply ask you to communicate it as soon as possible.
