The space
Our apartment is flooded with natural light, thanks to its large windows and distinctive neutral colors.
With a modern design and quality furnishings, it offers a welcoming and refined atmosphere.

Located on the ground floor, the apartment is divided into:

- Living area with open kitchen.
- Sleeping area.
- Bathroom.

- Going up the stairs, you'll find the sleeping area, featuring a comfortable double bed with sheets, pillow, and duvet.

The living room features a sofa that converts into a comfortable sofa bed, a dedicated workspace, a desk, a TV for relaxing, and a closet for your belongings.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals: fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, plates, glasses, cutlery, and a dining table with chairs.

The bathroom is equipped with all amenities: shower, bidet, toilet, towels, mirror, washing machine, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer.

The apartment is also equipped with heating and air conditioning.

We also offer free Wi-Fi, perfect for surfing the web or working remotely with maximum speed and without interruptions.

Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in, we will give you your digital keys.

Late checkouts will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.

PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM). IF YOU WILL BE LATE OR EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is a €50 surcharge for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

There is a €15 per hour surcharge for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES, THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer crib services for families. However, we need to know this in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
