The apartment, recently renovated and very bright thanks to its large windows, has a totally modern style and offers all the essentials.
-The Duomo is only 30 minutes from the apartment thanks to the public transport available nearby.
-The Central Station is 30 minutes away with the transport that you will find near the house.
Space
The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and has a modern design. There will certainly be no lack of brightness thanks to the large windows.
It is suitable for 6 people and you can stay with your family, friends, business travelers who need a base, or even as a couple to enjoy total privacy.
The apartment is on two floors:
-Upstairs you will find the living room area, the open kitchen and a bathroom.
-In the living room area you will find two double sofa beds.
-The open kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, induction hob, pans, pots, sink, glasses, plates, cutlery, dining table, chairs and coffee machine (the coffee is on us).
-The bathroom offers: shower, toilet, sink, bidet, hairdryer, set of towels and a courtesy kit which includes soap and shampoo.
Downstairs you will find the sleeping area and a second bathroom.
-The sleeping area is large and offers a double bed and a wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings.
-The second bathroom offers a toilet and sink.
It also has totally free WIFI, offering you the possibility of browsing or working in smart working with total speed and without interruptions.
Access for guests
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO UNPLUG THE WIFI PLUG! YOU RISK NOT ENTER!
Anyone who is late at check-out will have a penalty to pay via Airbnb.
It is mandatory to fill in the link sent by us. We do not let the guest stay when we do not have the documents.

Extra cost expected in case of check-in after 9.00 pm of €50.
We accept check-ins until 11.45pm and no later.

We also offer a cot service for families, but we need to know this in advance so that we can prepare what is necessary for your baby. The rental supplement is only €20. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
