The space
You will have access to a wonderful studio apartment designed down to the smallest details to make your stay unforgettable.
It is divided into a living room area, open kitchen and bathroom.
- The living area is very large; you will find a sofa that turns into a sofa bed, coordinated with sheets, pillows and duvet.
It also has a dining table, a space where you can store your personal belongings and a TV that you can watch in total relaxation
-The kitchen is spacious and offers all the essentials to cook your favorite dish: stove, kettle, coffee machine, set of pots, set of pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, kitchen utensils, oven, fridge and freezer.
-The bathroom has: shower, bidet, toilet, sink, washing machine that you can use for free, hairdryer and courtesy kit for each guest.
Wi-Fi is free and very fast, perfect for work video calls, downloading very large files, surfing social media or simply watching a movie.

Personal recognition is mandatory at our office, as required by the law of Milan. As soon as you physically check in, we will give you the digital keys.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO DISCONNECT THE WIFI SOCKET! YOU RISK NOT BEING ABLE TO ENTER!
For those who are late at check-out, there will be a penalty to pay via Airbnb.
It is mandatory to fill in the link we sent. We do not allow the guest to stay if we do not have the documents.

There is an extra cost for check-in after 9:00 pm of €50. We accept check-in up to 11:45 pm and no later.
There is an extra cost for late check-out after 10:00 am of €15 per hour.
IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.

We also offer a cot service for families. However, we must know this in advance so that we can prepare the necessary for your baby.
The rental supplement is only €20. We simply ask you to communicate it as soon as possible.
