The space
This elegant apartment has been meticulously designed to make your stay unique and unforgettable.

Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, it consists of a spacious living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a private patio.

The living room has two sofas that convert into sofa beds and overlooks the balcony, making the apartment very bright.

The open kitchen is decorated in blue, lending an elegant hue to the room, along with beautiful parquet flooring. Thanks to all the utensils provided, you can easily prepare your favorite dish completely independently. You'll find: sink, oven, stovetop, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, oven, mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and dining table.

-The bedroom has a double bed and a large closet for storing all your belongings.

-The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, sink, tub/shower, and a washing machine, all of which you can use free of charge.

-The private balcony is furnished with a small table and two chairs, allowing you to admire the wonderful view from the apartment while sipping a coffee.

It also has free Wi-Fi, allowing you to browse the internet or work remotely with ease and without interruptions.

The apartment is suitable for 6 people.

There is a €50 surcharge for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

There is a €15 per hour surcharge for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES, YOU WILL BE FINED.

Other things to keep in mind
We also offer crib services for families, but we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby. The rental fee is only €20.

We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
