The space
You have access to an entire apartment, with a luxurious style thanks to the furniture chosen by us.

The apartment has all the essentials to make your stay relaxing and unforgettable.

You can stay as a couple, with friends, work colleagues or for those who want to visit Milan in a short time!

The apartment is divided into a living room area with open kitchen, sleeping area and bathroom.

-The living room area offers a sofa, a very comfortable bed, a TV where you can relax watching your favorite movie and a wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings.

-The kitchen is open:
It has everything you need to cook your favorite dish.
You will find: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dining table, induction hob, dishwasher, sink, dishes, glasses and a set of pots/pans.

-The bathroom is private and has a large shower, toilet, sink, bidet, hairdryer and you will be given a courtesy kit.

You can use the washing machine for free during your stay.

Those who are late at checkout will have a penalty to pay via Airbnb.

There is an extra cost for check-in after 9:00 pm of €50. We accept check-in until 11:45 pm and no later.
There is an extra cost for late checkout after 10:00 am of €15 per hour.
IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a cot service for families, but we need to know this in advance so that we can prepare the necessary for your baby.
The rental supplement is only €20.
We simply ask you to communicate it as soon as possible.
