Whether for leisure or work, accessible at any time thanks to the self check you will be immersed in authentic Genoa, just 5 minutes walk from the Aquarium!! Strategically in the center of all the most beautiful squares in Genoa, the apartment is located in the characteristic alleys of the city, a "UNESCO Heritage" since 2006! On the third floor of a historic building in typical Genoese style, our house is developed on two levels, to guarantee silence and privacy.
Space
On the first level the sleeping area MASTER BEDROOM with queen size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and two wonderful windows overlooking the alleys of the historic center, large BATHROOM with large corner hydromassage tub, complete bathroom fixtures and WASHING MACHINE.
On the second level you will love the spacious and bright leaving area composed on one side of a super-equipped KITCHEN and dining area, while on the other a very comfortable double sofa bed positioned in front of a large 4K Smart TV complete with Netflix, You Tube etc..
This level also has a bathroom with a large glass shower.
Each guest will be provided with a free set of soft towels and a welcome kit for personal cleaning.
Access for guests
Additional costs expected:
-Access allowed for pets with a supplement of €50.
-We accept late check-out with a cost: at 11:00 of €30, from 12:00 to 13:00 of €40.
