Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in, we will hand you your digital keys.

Late checkouts will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.

PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM). IF YOU WILL BE LATE OR EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an additional charge of €50 for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late checkout after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES, THERE WILL BE A FINE.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer crib service for families, but we need to let you know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
For separate beds, we require advance notice and the cost is €15.
