Welcoming, functional, and tastefully decorated, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 people: perfect for a family vacation, a getaway with friends, a couple, or a business trip.

🛏️ The loft bed allows you to maximize the space, while the sofa bed underneath is comfortable for both relaxation and sleeping. The atmosphere is created by white furnishings, elegant details, and a retro touch that instantly makes you feel at home.
You'll also find a TV where you can relax and watch TV series and movies.

🍽️ The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your favorite dishes or enjoy an excellent Italian coffee.
It is equipped with: crockery, cutlery, plates, glasses, a coffee machine, an induction stovetop, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a set of cookware, and kitchen utensils.

🚿 The bathroom is complete with a shower, toilet, sink, bidet, hairdryer, towel set, and a courtesy kit with soap and shampoo.

Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in, we will hand over your digital keys.

Late checkouts will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.

PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM). IF YOU ARE LATE OR EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra charge of €50 for check-in after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late checkout after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES, THERE WILL BE A FINE.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer crib service for families. However, we need to know this in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
For separate beds, there is a €15 charge.

We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
