🔐 Check-in and Personal Identification
To comply with current regulations in Milan, in-person identification is mandatory at our office.
Only after physical check-in will you be given the digital keys to the apartment.
💸 Warning: Lost Keys
In case of lost keys, a €100 penalty will apply.

📶 Wi-Fi always on!
⚠️ Never unplug the Wi-Fi modem! The digital access system depends on the connection: if the Wi-Fi is disabled, you risk being locked out of the apartment.

🕒 Check-in Times
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

🌙 Late Check-in
Check-in is possible until 11:45 PM for a €50 surcharge.
After this time, access to the apartment will not be possible.

🚪 Checkout Time
Checkout must be done by 10:00 AM.
Each additional hour will incur a €15 surcharge.
⚠️ Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a penalty, which will be applied directly through Airbnb.

📋 House Rules
We ask you to respect the apartment rules. Violations will result in penalties as per the regulations.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a crib service for families, but we need to let you know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
We simply ask you to let us know as soon as possible.
