Guest Access

Check-in takes place at our office, with access to the apartment available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Documents must be provided before arrival; failure to provide them will result in your reservation being denied.

If you plan to arrive early or late, please let us know via chat so we can better organize your arrival.

Any arrivals after 9:00 PM will incur a €50 surcharge. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM (no later than this time).

Check-out is by 10:00 AM; any delays will incur an additional €15 charge for each additional hour.

To ensure a trouble-free stay, we ask you not to disconnect the Wi-Fi; the access system may not function properly.

Please remember that respecting the house rules is essential; any violations may result in penalties.

We also offer crib service for families. However, we need to know this in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.

For separate beds, there is a €15 charge.

We simply ask you to let us know as soon as possible.
