We have taken care of the apartment down to the smallest details, renovating it to ensure maximum comfort for our guests.
Located in a nice neighborhood of Milan, where you can find: restaurants, bars, pubs, supermarkets, parks, pharmacies and even banks. The area is well connected by public transport, allowing you to reach the famous areas of Milan in no time!
The San Siro Stadium is just a 15-minute walk from the accommodation.

Our Blue House will be happy to host you! Located on the 2nd floor with elevator.
It is suitable for 4 people: you can stay as a couple, with friends, work colleagues or even families.
The apartment is very bright, thanks to the large windows present. It is well laid out, with a bedroom, living room with open kitchen, bathroom and a wonderful terrace.
-The bedroom has a large double bed and a wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings. The bedroom also has access to the terrace, giving you a wonderful view.
-The living room has a sofa that can be transformed into a sofa bed, a dining table and an open kitchen.
-The kitchen offers all the essentials to allow all guests to cook their favorite dish. You will find: oven, hob, kitchen sink, plates, glasses, cutlery, cups and fridge.
-The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower, bidet, sink, hairdryer and free courtesy kit.
-The terrace is very large, allowing you to enjoy the wonderful view.
Equipped with heating and air conditioning.
It also has totally free Wi-Fi, allowing you to browse or work smart-working with total speed and without interruptions.
Access for guests
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO UNPLUG THE WIFI PLUG! YOU RISK NOT BEING ABLE TO ENTER!
Late check-outs will be required to pay a late fee through Airbnb.
It is mandatory to complete the link sent by us. We do not let the guest stay if we do not have the documents.
RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES (3pm-9pm). IF YOU ARE LATE OR EARLY, PLEASE WRITE IT IN THE CHAT! THANK YOU.
There is an extra cost of €50 in case of check-in after 9.00 pm. We accept check-ins until 11.45pm and no later. There is an extra cost of €15 per hour in case of late check-out after 10:00.
IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES, THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a cot service for families, but we need to know this in advance in order to prepare what is necessary for your baby. The rental supplement is only €20. We simply ask you to let us know as soon as possible.
