It has an induction hob, a set of pots, pans, kitchen utensils, a sink, a coffee machine, an oven, a dishwasher, a dining table, a fridge and a freezer.

-The first bedroom is elegant and welcoming, this room has a large double bed, with high-quality sheets, pillows and a duvet.
It is equipped with a spacious wardrobe to store your personal belongings, and has access to the balcony.

-The second bedroom has a minimal and refined style, this room is equipped with a comfortable double bed with sheets, duvet and pillows.
You can use the wardrobe to store your personal belongings.

Personal recognition is mandatory at our office, as per the regulations of the Milan law. As soon as you physically check-in, we will give you the digital keys.

Those who check out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.

There is an extra cost for check-in after 9:00 pm of €50. We accept check-in until 11:45 pm and no later.

There is an extra cost for late checkout after 10:00 am of €15 per hour.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a cot service for families. However, we need to know this in advance so that we can prepare the necessary for your baby.
The rental supplement is only €20.
For separate beds there is a cost of €15.

We simply ask you to communicate it as soon as possible.
