The space
The apartment is very bright thanks to the large windows throughout. It has a sophisticated and modern style.

The apartment is divided into a living room, open-plan kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony.

- The living room has a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table with chairs.

You'll also find an open-plan kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite dish: pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, a sink, a coffee maker, a fridge, a freezer, an oven, and an induction stove.

The bedroom features a double bed, a large closet for storing your clothes or personal belongings, and a work area.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, bidet, hairdryer, washing machine, towels for each guest, and a complimentary toiletries kit.

The balcony is private.

Wi-Fi is completely free, allowing you to surf the web or work remotely at high speed and without interruptions.
Guest Access
Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in, we will provide you with digital keys.

There is a €50 surcharge for check-in after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

There is a €15 per hour surcharge for late check-out after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES, YOU WILL BE FINED.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer crib services for families. However, we need to know this in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby. The rental fee is only €20. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
