The apartment is spread over two levels:

- Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator 🧊, freezer ❄️, stove 🍳, oven 🔥, coffee maker ☕, cookware 🍲, dishes 🍽️, and everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes.

- Cozy bathroom with large shower 🚿, bidet 🚽, toilet, hairdryer 💇‍♀️, towels 🧴, and courtesy kit 🧼.

⬆️ Upper floor:
- Sleeping area with double bed 🛌 complete with sheets 🛏️, pillows 💤, and duvet for a regenerating sleep.

Guest Access
🔑 Mandatory In-Person Check-in
As required by Milan City Council regulations, in-person identification is mandatory at our office.
Once you have checked in, we will provide you with digital keys to access the apartment.
⚠️ Lost Keys
If you lose your keys, a €100 penalty will apply.

📶 Important: Do not disconnect the Wi-Fi!
If you turn off the router, you risk losing access to the apartment.

🕒 Check-in times: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM

🌙 Late Check-in (after 9:00 PM)
A €50 surcharge applies. We accept arrivals until 11:45 PM, no later.

🚪 Check-out by 10:00 AM
Late arrivals will incur a €15 fee for each additional hour.

💸 Late Checkout
Anyone checking out after hours without authorization will be subject to a penalty through Airbnb.

📜 House Rules
Respecting the rules is essential to ensure a good experience for all guests. Serious violations will result in fines.

We also offer a crib service for families, but we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
