The space
You will have access to a large loft with a refined style, designed down to the smallest details to make your stay truly unforgettable.

The apartment is spread over two floors: lower floor and upper floor.

Lower floor:

-The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa that transforms into a practical sofa bed, complete with sheets, pillows and duvet. You can relax watching a film on the TV available.

-The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: induction hob, plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, pots, pans, oven and dishwasher.

-Adjacent to the living area, you will find the bathroom: large and bright, it is equipped with bidet, sink, toilet, shower and hairdryer.
In addition, you will find a courtesy kit at your disposal.

Upper floor:

-On the upper floor is the sleeping area, which houses a comfortable double bed, complete with sheets, duvet and pillows. You can store your personal belongings in the large wardrobe available.

The apartment is equipped with free and high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for video conferences, downloading large files or simply for surfing and watching movies.

In addition, you can enjoy heating and air conditioning for a comfortable stay in every season.
Guest access
Personal recognition is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you physically check in, we will give you the digital keys.

An extra cost of €50 is foreseen in case of check-in after 9:00 pm. We accept check-in up to 11:45 pm and no later.

NoLo is a rapidly expanding neighborhood, a favorite destination for artists and designers. The area is very popular with young people due to the presence of numerous bars and restaurants. In the immediate vicinity, the presence of Parco Trotter allows you to take walks and relax in the greenery. Not far away, the Naviglio Martesana is among the most beautiful paths in Milan.

For families with children, we offer a cot service for €20.
For separate beds you must pay a supplement of €15.
