Arranged on one floor, the apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

-The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked, with all the essentials to prepare your favorite dishes. You will find an induction hob, oven, plates, cutlery, pots and pans, sink and a dining table with stools, American style.

-The first bedroom is bright and welcoming, with a large double bed, matching sheets, pillows and duvet.
It is also equipped with a work space ideal for those who need to work in smart working or for those who need to study. The room is equipped with a TV and a large wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings.

--The second bedroom, also very bright, offers a double bed with matching sheets, pillows and duvet. In this room you will also find a sofa that turns into a comfortable sofa bed. As in the first bedroom, there is a work corner perfect for those who need to work or study, a TV and a large wardrobe for your personal belongings.

-The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with toilet, sink, bidet, shower and hairdryer. Each guest will find a complimentary courtesy kit.

The apartment is also equipped with free Wi-Fi, ensuring a fast and stable connection to surf or work in smart working without interruptions.

Guest access
Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as per Milan law. As soon as you physically check-in, we will give you the digital keys.

You will collect the keys in the safety deposit box that we have installed.

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO DISCONNECT THE WIFI SOCKET! YOU RISK NOT TO ENTER!

Those who delay check-out will have a penalty to pay via Airbnb.

We do not accommodate guests without documents.

There is an extra cost of € 50 in case of check-in after 21:00. We accept check-in until 11:45 PM and no later.
There is an extra cost of €15 per hour in case of late check-out after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
a cot service is also offered for families; it is necessary to communicate it in advance to prepare the necessary for your baby. The rental supplement is only €20.
For separate beds and additional guests there is a cost of €15 per night.

We simply ask you to communicate it as soon as possible.
