The space
You have access to an entire apartment, furnished in a boho style with our carefully selected furniture.

The apartment has everything you need to make your stay relaxing and unforgettable.

Suitable for up to 4 people. You can stay as a couple, with friends, work colleagues, or for those who want to visit Milan quickly!

The apartment is divided into a living area with an open kitchen, a sleeping area, a bathroom, and a laundry room.

The living area features a sofa that converts to a sofa bed, a TV where you can relax while watching your favorite movie, and a dining table.

The open-plan kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your favorite meal.
You'll find a minibar, microwave, oven, induction stove, sink, dishes, glasses, and a set of pots and pans.

The spacious sleeping area features a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe for storing your belongings.

The private bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet, sink, bidet, hairdryer, and a complimentary courtesy kit.

The laundry room features a washing machine, which you can use free of charge, an iron, and a drying rack.

Air conditioning is available.

Personal identification is required at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in, we will give you your digital keys.

Late checkouts will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.

PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM). IF YOU WILL BE LATE OR EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is a €50 surcharge for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

There is a €15 per hour surcharge for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES, YOU WILL BE FINED.

Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a crib service for families, but we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
