You have access to an entire apartment, with a Boho style thanks to the furniture we chose.

The apartment has all the essentials to make your stay relaxing and unforgettable.

Suitable for up to 4 people. You can stay as a couple, with friends, work colleagues or for those who want to visit Milan in a short time!

The apartment is divided into a living room area with open kitchen, sleeping area, bathroom and laundry room.

-The living room area offers a sofa that turns into a sofa bed, a TV where you can relax watching your favorite movie and a dining table.

-The kitchen is open:
It offers all the essentials to allow you to cook your favorite dish.
You will find: minibar, microwave, oven, induction hob, sink, crockery, glasses and set of pots/pans.

-The sleeping area is large, has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings.

-The private bathroom has a large shower cubicle, toilet, sink, bidet, hairdryer and you will be provided with a courtesy kit.

In the laundry room you will find the washing machine that you can use for free, an iron and a clothesline.

Equipped with air conditioning.

There is no shouting and no partying.

Anyone who is late at check-out will have a penalty to pay via Airbnb.

-Extra cost expected in case of check-in after 9.00 pm of €50. We accept check-ins until 11.45pm and no later.

-Extra cost expected in case of late checkout after 10:00 am of €15 per hour.


IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a cot service for families, but we need to know this in advance so that we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental supplement is only €20.
We simply ask you to let us know as soon as possible.
