It has everything you need to prepare a meal at home. You will also find a sofa that converts into a sofa bed and a table with chairs.

-The bedroom is bright, has a wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings and a large double bed.

-The bathroom is equipped with toilet, bidet, sink, shower, hairdryer and a courtesy kit offered by us.

The apartment is very bright thanks to the numerous windows, it also has communal heating.

There is particularly fast Wi-Fi and is perfect for smart working but also for browsing in complete tranquility without interruptions.

Extra cost expected in case of check-in after 9.00 pm of €50.
We accept check-ins until 11.45pm and no later.

There is an additional cost of €15 per hour in case of late check-out after 10:00 am.

IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.

We also offer a family cot service, but you must notify us in advance so that we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.

The rental supplement is only €20.

We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.

ON REQUEST YOU WILL HAVE THE POSSIBILITY TO MOVE BY TAXI AT AN ADVANTAGEOUS PRICE.

The security cameras are positioned outside and record the entrance of the condominiums.
