Just a few minutes from Metro Line 1, you can reach the Duomo in just 7 stops: an ideal location for both those who want to explore Milan and those traveling for work, thanks to public transportation always close by.

The space

A neutral-toned space, designed to ensure relaxation and comfort. Perfect for up to 4 people.

🍳 Living area and kitchen:

At the entrance, you'll find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with an oven, refrigerator with freezer, induction stove, sink, pots and pans, plates, glasses, and a coffee machine. Everything you need to feel at home!

The living area is completed by a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed and a table with chairs, ideal for dining or working.

🛏️ Bedroom:
Spacious and bright, furnished with a large double bed and a practical wardrobe for storing your belongings.

Equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, and a complimentary guest toiletries kit.

🌞 Extra comfort:
The apartment is very bright thanks to its numerous windows and is equipped with shared heating.

Guest access
🔑 Mandatory in-person check-in
As required by Milan City Council regulations, in-person identification is mandatory at our office.
Once you have checked in, we will give you digital keys to access the apartment.
⚠️ Lost keys
In the event of losing your keys, a €100 penalty will apply.

📶 Important: Do not disconnect your Wi-Fi!

Disabling the router socket may prevent you from accessing the apartment.

🕒 Check-in times: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Please let us know via chat if you plan to arrive early or late. Thank you!

🌙 Late check-in (after 9:00 PM)
A €50 fee applies. We accept arrivals until 11:45 PM, no later.

🚪 Check-out by 10:00 AM
A late arrival will incur a €15 fee for each additional hour.

💸 Late checkout
Anyone who checks out after hours without authorization will be subject to a penalty through Airbnb.

📜 House Rules
Respecting the rules is essential to ensuring a good experience for all guests. Serious violations will result in fines.
Other things to keep in mind
UPON REQUEST, YOU CAN GET A TAXI AT A REASONABLE PRICE.

We also offer a crib service for families, but we need to let you know in advance so we can prepare everything you need for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.

Security cameras are located outside and record the entrance to the apartment building.
