The Space

Welcome to a bright and spacious three-room apartment, perfect for accommodating up to 7 guests—ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking comfort and space during their stay.

The apartment features two large bedrooms, designed for relaxation and tranquility after a day exploring the city. The living area with open-plan kitchen is the heart of the home: a welcoming and social space for cooking, dining together, or relaxing on the comfortable sofa bed, which converts into a double bed, providing extra sleeping space without compromising roominess.

The first bedroom is bright and cozy, furnished with a double bed for ultimate relaxation and an additional single bed, perfect for families or small groups who want to share a room comfortably. A peaceful and airy environment to recharge after a busy day.

The second bedroom features two single beds, ideal for friends or colleagues who prefer separate beds while staying in the same room. Spacious and well-organized, it provides both practicality and comfort in a calm atmosphere.

The living room, the social heart of the apartment, can easily transform thanks to the fold-out sofa bed, which becomes a comfortable double bed. By day, it’s perfect for relaxing, chatting, or watching a movie; by night, it becomes a cozy sleeping area.

The bathroom is functional and well-organized, completing the apartment and providing everything needed for a practical and enjoyable stay.

Guest Access

In-person ID verification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. Once your physical check-in is completed, we will hand over the keys.

NOTE: A €100 fee applies for lost apartment keys.

Please respect check-in hours (3:00 PM – 9:00 PM). If you will arrive earlier or later, kindly inform us in the chat. Thank you!

An additional fee of €50 applies for check-in after 9:00 PM. Check-in is accepted until 11:45 PM at the latest.

Late checkout after 10:00 AM incurs an additional fee of €15 per hour.

Failure to comply with house rules will result in a penalty.

Other Things to Keep in Mind

We offer a crib service for families. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare everything needed for your baby.
The crib rental fee is only €20.
For separate beds, an additional fee of €15 applies.

We simply ask that you inform us as early as possible.
