Apartment located in a strategic area of Milan, quiet and convenient for every need.
You will find many restaurants, pubs, bars, supermarkets and you can reach the Duomo in just 10 minutes with the metro (M3) which you will find under the house.

Thanks to the transport that you will find near the house, you can reach all areas of Milan in a very short time.

Maximum number of people who can stay is 6.
You can stay as a couple, family, friends or even work colleagues.
Space
The apartment is newly renovated, large and designed for the guest's every need to make their stay unforgettable.
It is very bright, thanks to its neutral colors that reign in the house and on the floor where it is located; 5th floor with lift.

The house offers: A large living room area, kitchen, two bedrooms and private bathroom.

-The living room area has: a dining table, a SMART TV, a sofa which can be transformed into a sofa bed and has access to the private balcony.

-The kitchen has every essential to cook all the meals of the day.
You can use the coffee machine, fridge, freezer, hob, pans, pots, cutlery, plates and glasses.


-The first bedroom is large, offers a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe where you can place your personal belongings.

-The second bedroom offers a single bed and a large wardrobe where you can place your personal belongings.


-The bathroom has a bidet, toilet, sink, shower cubicle, hairdryer, washing machine which you can use for free and a courtesy kit free of charge from us.

-The balcony is private and you can admire the view of Milan.

The apartment is air conditioned, with heating and air conditioning, and has free Wi-Fi connection with connection up to 1GBPS, perfect for work video calls, downloading very large files and browsing social media, or simply for watching a film.


The apartment, in addition to being functional, is also very quiet, guaranteeing you an excellent and peaceful stay.
Access for guests
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO DISCONNECT WIFI.
Anyone who is late at checkout will have a penalty to pay via Airbnb.

It is mandatory to fill in the link sent by us. We do not let the guest stay when we do not have the documents.

Extra cost expected in case of check-in after 9.00 pm of €50. We accept check-ins until 11.45pm and no later.
Extra cost expected in case of late checkout after 10:00 am of €15 per hour.
IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a cot service for families, but we need to know this in advance so that we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental supplement is only €20.
We simply ask you to let us know as soon as possible.

For separate beds we need notice and it costs €15.
