These are: Blue Room, Green Room and Yellow Room.

The Blue Room is suitable for a maximum capacity of 3 people.

We chose the name Blue Room because the main colors dominate: black and blue which make our apartment unique.


The apartment is structured by a living room area, open kitchen and bathroom.


-The Living Room area is composed of: a double bed, a sofa that can be transformed into a sofa bed and a TV that you can easily use.


-The kitchen is open where it has all the essentials for cooking your favorite dish: pots, pans, induction hob, sink, dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery, coffee machine, minibar, dining table and chairs for every guest.


-The bathroom is structured by: toilet, shower, bidet, sink, hairdryer and courtesy kit for each guest


Extras you will find: washer dryer that you can use for free, iron and ironing board.








The Green Room is suitable for 3 people.

We chose the name Yellow Room because the main colors dominate: black and yellow which makes our apartment unique.

The house is structured by the living room area, open kitchen, laundry room and bathroom.

-The living room area has a large double bed and a sofa that can be transformed into a sofa bed.
Furthermore, you will find a TV where you can watch a film with friends or simply relax.

You can store your personal belongings in the wardrobe you will find at the entrance.


-The kitchen is open, you will find all the essentials to be able to cook your favorite dish: dishwasher, set of pans, set of pots, glasses, cutlery, plates, sink, induction hob, coffee machine, minibar, oven, a table dining table and three chairs.


-The bathroom is equipped with: sink, bidet, shower, toilet, hairdryer and free courtesy kit for each guest.

-At the entrance you will find several deployments where there is the laundry area has: a washing machine, iron and ironing board.


The apartments offer totally free WIFI, guaranteeing you to surf or work in smart working in total speed and without interruptions.

They are equipped with air conditioning and heating.
