The apartment has two bedrooms, both with private bathrooms:

Bedroom 1 🛏️
Featuring a double bed and a single bed, it features blackout curtains, a large wardrobe, a bedside table, and an en-suite bathroom. Perfect as a master bedroom, it offers space and comfort.

Bedroom 2 🛋️
Features a double sofa bed and a single bed, with blackout curtains, a spacious closet, and a private bathroom. Ideal for additional guests or those seeking a versatile solution.

The two bathrooms are fully equipped and functional: the first has a shower, toilet, bidet, mirror, and window; the second has a modern walk-in shower 🚿, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, and window.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped 🍽️ with an oven, induction hob, large refrigerator with freezer, and everything you need for cooking: pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and utensils. There's also a dining table with chairs, a TV, scales, and a washing machine.

The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi 📶, ensuring comfort even for longer stays.

Guest Access

Check-in takes place at our office, with access to the apartment available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Documents must be provided before arrival; failure to provide them will prevent your stay from proceeding.

If you plan to arrive early or late, please let us know via chat so we can better organize your arrival.

A surcharge of €50 applies for arrivals after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM (no later than this time).

Check-out is by 10:00 AM; any delays will incur an additional charge of €15 for each additional hour.

To ensure a trouble-free stay, we ask that you do not disconnect the Wi-Fi; the access system to the apartment may not function properly.

Please remember that respecting the house rules is essential; any violations may result in penalties.

We also offer a crib service for families. However, we must inform you in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.

The rental fee is only €20. Separate beds cost €15.

We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
