The space

The apartment is an elegant one-bedroom flat consisting of: a living area, bedroom, and bathroom.

The living room features a sofa bed, a TV where you can relax and watch your favorite programs, and a dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable: refrigerator, electric oven, induction cooktop, plates, glasses, cutlery, and a coffee machine.

The bedroom includes a large double bed and a wardrobe where you can store your clothes and personal belongings.

The bathroom, with parquet flooring, offers all comforts: shower, bidet, WC, towels, mirror, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer.

Bed linens and towels will be provided by us.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available, perfect for remote working as well as browsing smoothly without interruptions.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating with a reversible system.

Guest access

In-person identification at our office is mandatory, as required by the regulations in Milan. Once you complete the in-person check-in, we will provide you with the digital keys.

Guests who check out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.

We accept check-ins until 23:45, no later.

A €15 per hour fee applies for late check-out after 10:00.

We also offer a crib service for families. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare everything needed for your baby.

The rental supplement is only €20. We simply ask that you notify us as early as possible. 👶
