The apartment is spread over two levels, with a ground floor and a mezzanine seamlessly connected in a harmonious layout.

🏡 Lower Level:

Living Area: A cozy sofa that converts into a bed allows you to comfortably host additional guests. You’ll find everything you need: sheets, pillows, and a duvet. Perfect for relaxing with a movie on the TV 📺.

Open-Plan Kitchen & Dining Area: Fully equipped so you can cook just like at home. You’ll have an induction cooktop, cookware, utensils, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher 🍽️👨‍🍳. The spacious dining table is ideal for meals or gatherings.

Bright Bathroom: Spacious and functional, featuring a shower, sink, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer. A convenient courtesy kit is also included 🧴🚿.

🛏️ Upper Mezzanine Level:

The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed with linens and pillows, plus an additional single bed. A large wardrobe provides plenty of space to store your personal belongings 👗👔.

In-Person Identification Required
In accordance with Milan city regulations, in-person identification is mandatory. After completing the physical check-in at our office, you will receive the digital keys.

Do not disconnect the Wi-Fi – doing so may prevent you from accessing the apartment.

Extra guest: €15 per night

📌 Failure to follow the house rules will result in penalties.

Other Things to Keep in Mind: we offer a crib service for families with a small fee of €20.
For separate beds, there is a €15 fee for linens.
