We are happy to host you in our huge apartment.

It has 2 houses next to each other, with availability for 4 people in each apartment.

The area is very central, offering restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and lots of transport, giving you the opportunity to visit all areas of Milan with extreme ease thanks to the Red Metro.

The houses have a modern design and offer all the essentials to enjoy the tranquility of your stay.
Space
Casa Margherita is divided into: living room with open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and balcony.

-In the living room you will find a sofa bed, where two people can sleep, and the open kitchen with all the essentials for cooking: fridge, glasses, cutlery, dining table with chairs, oven, induction hob, plates, freezer, pans, pots and coffee machine.

-The bedroom has a modern design with a double bed and a large wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings.

-The bathroom offers: toilet, sink, bidet, shower, hairdryer and courtesy kit.

-The balcony is private.

Casa Puzzle is located on the same floor as Casa Margherita.
It has space suitable for 4 people in each apartment, ensuring plenty of space for everyone.

The apartment is divided into: living room with open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and balcony.

-The living room offers a sofa bed, a TV and overlooks the balcony.

-The open kitchen has all the essentials for cooking: fridge, glasses, cutlery, dining table with chairs, oven, induction hob, plates, freezer, pans, pots and coffee machine.

-The bedroom is large, with a window and a double bed.

-The bathroom offers: toilet, sink, bidet, hairdryer, shower and courtesy kit.

-The balcony is private.

Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning and heating.

They also have completely free WIFI, offering you the possibility of browsing or working in smart working in total speed and without interruptions.
Access for guests
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO UNPLUG THE WIFI PLUG! YOU RISK NOT ENTER!
Anyone who is late at check-out will have a penalty to pay via Airbnb.

It is mandatory to fill in the link sent by us. We do not let the guest stay when we do not have the documents.

Extra cost expected in case of check-in after 9.00 pm of €50. We accept check-ins until 11.45pm and no later.
Extra cost expected in case of late checkout after 10:00 am of €15 per hour.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a cot service for families, but we need to know this in advance so that we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental supplement is only €20.
We simply ask you to let us know as soon as possible.
