The apartment has been recently renovated with a modern design, and every detail has been designed to ensure maximum comfort and tranquility during your stay.

The layout includes a living room with open kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.

Living room: The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, TV, and dining table, creating a welcoming and functional space.

Open-plan kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals, including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and plates.

Sleeping area: The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with a high-quality mattress, built-in closets for storing your belongings, and a desk for working remotely or studying.

Bathroom: The bathroom offers a modern walk-in shower, equipped with a sound system for listening to music while you relax. It also includes a sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, and a courtesy kit with shower gel and shampoo.

There is an additional charge of €50 for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM.

Late check-outs after 10:00 AM will incur a €15 per hour charge.

FAIRING FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE HOUSE RULES WILL BE FINED.

For families with children, we offer a crib service for €20. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange everything necessary for your baby.

Taxi Service: Upon request, we can arrange transportation at affordable rates.
