Our apartment is very bright thanks to the large windows and neutral colors that surround it.

It has a totally modern design with quite prestigious furniture.

The apartment is located on the third floor and is divided into:
living area, bedroom, bathroom and balcony.

-The living room features a sofa bed, a TV where you can watch in total relaxation and a glass dining table accompanied by two velvet chairs.

-The kitchen offers everything needed to make the apartment well-stocked: fridge, microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery and coffee machine (coffee is free from us).

-The bedroom has a large double bed and an equally large wardrobe where you can store your clothes and personal effects.

-The bathroom has all the comforts: shower, bidet, toilet, washer-dryer, towels, mirror, complimentary kit and hairdryer.

-The balcony is private.

Sheets and towels provided by us will be available.

There is particularly fast Wi-Fi, perfect for smart working but also for browsing in peace without interruptions.

There is an extra cost of €50 in case of check-in after 9.00 pm. We accept check-ins until 11.45pm and no later.
Extra cost expected in case of late checkout after 10:00 am of €15 per hour.
IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.

We also offer cot service for families. However, we need to know this in advance so that we can prepare what is necessary for your baby.
The rental supplement is only €20. We simply ask you to let us know as soon as possible.

Lambrate can be reached by metro with the Lambrate and Udine stops (green line M2), by train with the Milan Lambrate station which offers city, regional and national connections, by bus (lines 39, 54, 55, 75 and 924) and also by tram (lines 19 and 33).
