The apartment offers a large kitchen, a bathroom, living room, two bedrooms and a balcony.

-The kitchen will allow you to cook your favorite dish you will find: fridge, freezer, hob, coffee machine, oven, microwave, set of pots/pans, cups, cutlery, plates and kitchen utensils.

-The living room offers a sofa bed and a dining table.

-The first bedroom offers a large double bed where you will find both sheets and a set of towels for all guests.

-The second bedroom offers a large double bed where you will also find both sheets and a set of towels for all guests.
In the rooms you will find wardrobes where you can find all your personal effects.

-The bathroom has all the essentials: a large shower, toilet, bidet, two sinks with mirror, hairdryer and we provide you with a courtesy kit with soap and shampoo.

-The balcony is private and overlooks the street, giving you a wonderful view.


The apartment is cared for down to the smallest detail, located on the 3rd floor.

Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a cot service for families, but we need to know this in advance in order to prepare what is necessary for your baby. The rental supplement is only €20. We simply ask you to let us know as soon as possible.

ON REQUEST YOU WILL HAVE THE POSSIBILITY OF MOVEMENT BY TAXI AT AN ADVANTAGEOUS PRICE.

NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES AND NOISES AFTER 10 PM, otherwise a fine will be applied!
