POMEZIA HOUSE is a new apartment that has just been renovated and designed to satisfy every guest's need. Thanks to its spaciousness, it is suitable not only for couples, but also for families, friends and work colleagues.

The apartment offers: living room area with open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

-The living room area offers two sofas that convert into sofa beds, a wall equipped with SMART TV and a dining table.

-The kitchen is open and will allow you to cook your favorite dish thanks to the material provided by us. You will find: fridge, induction hob, coffee machine, oven, microwave, set of pots/pans, cups, cutlery, plates and kitchen utensils.

-The sleeping area is located on the upper floor and offers a double bed, two bedside tables and a large wardrobe where you can place your personal effects.

-The bathroom has all the essentials: a large shower, toilet, bidet, sink with mirror, hairdryer and we offer you a courtesy kit with soap and shampoo for each guest.

It also has totally free WIFI, allowing you to browse or work smartly with total speed and without interruptions.

The apartment is equipped with heating.

Other things to keep in mind
We also offer cot service for families. However, we need to know this in advance so that we can prepare what is necessary for your baby. The rental supplement is only €20. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.

UPON REQUEST YOU WILL HAVE THE POSSIBILITY TO MOVE BY TAXI AT AN ADVANTAGEOUS PRICE.

NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES AND NOISES AFTER 10 PM, otherwise a fine will be applied.

-Milan Cathedral is only 15 minutes away by public transport. You will find the red metro near the house where you will stay.
-The Central Station is only 15 minutes away by public transport.

In the area there are many guarded and unpaid car parks, but a car is not always necessary because it is very organized and well managed with public transport:
