The space
The apartment is suitable for 5 people.

You can stay as a couple, family, friends or even work colleagues!

The apartment consists of a living room area with open kitchen, upstairs the sleeping area, on the same floor you will find another sleeping area and private bathroom.

-The living room area offers a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed.

-The open kitchen offers all the essentials to allow you to cook your favorite dish and has: fridge, induction hob, sink, kitchen utensils, glasses, pots, pans, coffee machine (coffee is provided free of charge by us) and also the washing machine that you can use for free.

-The first sleeping area offers a very comfortable double bed and a wardrobe with drawers where you can store your clothes and personal items.

-The second sleeping area has a bedside table and large double bed supplied with sheets and pillows.

-The bathroom has: toilet, bidet, sink, shower/bathtub, hairdryer and a courtesy kit provided free of charge by us.

The apartment has central heating and has free Wi-Fi with speeds up to 1 Gbps, perfect for work video calls, downloading very large files, surfing social media or simply watching a movie.

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO DISCONNECT THE WIFI SOCKET! YOU RISK NOT TO ENTER! For those who check out late, there will be a penalty to pay through Airbnb. It is mandatory to fill in the link we sent. We do not allow guests to stay if we have not received the documents. RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES (15:00-21:00). IF YOU ARE LATE OR EARLY, PLEASE COMMUNICATE IT IN CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra cost of €50 for check-in after 21:00. We accept check-in until 23:45 and no later.
There is an extra cost of €15 for each hour of delay in check-out after 10:00.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a cot service for families; it is necessary to communicate it in advance to prepare the necessary for your baby. The rental supplement is only €20. We simply ask you to communicate it as soon as possible.
