The space
The apartment is ideal for up to 5 people.

Comprising a spacious living room with an open kitchen, the sleeping area is located on the upper floor, while a second sleeping area and private bathroom are on the same level.

The living room features a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, ideal for hosting additional guests.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare your favorite dishes. It is equipped with a refrigerator, induction stovetop, sink, kitchen utensils, glasses, pots and pans, and a coffee maker (coffee is complimentary). You'll also find a washing machine available for your use free of charge.

The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe with drawers, perfect for storing clothes and personal items.

The second bedroom offers a large double bed, a nightstand, fresh sheets and pillows for a perfect night's sleep.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink, shower/tub, hairdryer, and a courtesy kit, all included in the stay.

The apartment is equipped with central heating and free Wi-Fi with speeds up to 1 Gbps, ideal for professional video calls, downloading large files, browsing social media, or enjoying a streaming movie.

Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in, we will give you your digital keys.

There is a €50 surcharge for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

There is a €15 per hour surcharge for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES, YOU WILL BE FINED.

We also offer a crib service for families; please let us know in advance so we can prepare everything for your baby. The rental fee is only €20. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
