You will have at your disposal an entire apartment located on the second floor, recently renovated with a style inspired by minimalism.

The brightness certainly will not be lacking thanks to the colors selected for this wonderful apartment.

It has all the comforts to allow you to relax and enjoy total tranquility.

-The apartment consists of a large room which has a sofa bed, a single bed, a TV and a space where you can store your personal effects.

-The kitchen is well organized and offers all the essentials to allow you to cook your favorite dishes.
You will find: fridge, microwave oven, induction hob, sink, crockery, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, set of pots and pans and coffee machine.

-The bathroom is very chic and has a large shower, toilet, bidet, sink, washing machine, hairdryer, towels and we will give you a courtesy kit which includes: shower gel, soap and shampoo.
It also has totally free WIFI, offering you the possibility of browsing or working in smart working with total speed and without interruptions.

It is suitable for 3 people.

Heating and cooling are independently managed.
Access for guests
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO DISCONNECT WIFI.
Anyone who is late at checkout will have a penalty to pay via Airbnb.
It is mandatory to fill in the link sent by us. We do not let the guest stay when we do not have the documents.

We also offer a cot service for families, but we need to know this in advance so that we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental supplement is only €20.
We simply ask you to let us know as soon as possible.
