The apartment has a living room area, open kitchen, sleeping area and bathroom.


-The living room area: has a vintage style, offers a sofa that can be transformed into a sofa bed and a TV that you can use to relax after a tiring day.

-The open kitchen located in the living room area offers everything you need to cook your favorite dish.
You will find: pot set, pan set, plates, glasses, cutlery, cups, glasses, minibar, microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, sink and dining table.


-The sleeping area has a large, very comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe where you can place your personal effects.


-The bathroom is private and offers: toilet, sink, bidet, shower cubicle, hairdryer and courtesy kit for each guest.

The heating and air conditioning are automatic.

Late check-outs will be required to pay a late fee through Airbnb.

It is mandatory to complete the link sent by us. We do not welcome the guest if we have not received the documents.

RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES (3pm-9pm). IF YOU ARE LATE OR EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra cost of €50 for check-in after 9pm. We accept check-ins until 11.45pm and no later.
There is an extra cost of €15 for each hour of late check-out after 10:00.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
We offer a cot service for families, but we need to know in advance to prepare what is necessary for your baby. The rental supplement is only €20. We kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible.
