In-person identification is required at our office, as required by Milan regulations. Once you complete the physical check-in, we will provide you with the digital keys.

⚠️ DO NOT unplug the Wi-Fi router! You may risk not being able to enter the apartment.

Please respect the check-in time (15:00 – 21:00). If you arrive earlier or later, please inform us via chat. Thank you.

Late check-in after 21:00 has an extra cost of €50.
We accept check-ins until 23:45 at the latest.

Late check-out after 10:00 has an extra cost of €15 per hour.

Failure to respect the house rules may result in a penalty.

Other things to keep in mind

We also offer a baby crib service for families. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare everything for your baby.

The crib rental fee is €20.

If you require separate beds, there is an additional cost of €15.
