In-Person Check-in: Identity verification and physical key collection at our office 🏢
Standard Check-in: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM. (Please kindly inform us in the chat about your estimated arrival time).
Late Check-in (after 9:00 PM): A €50 extra fee applies.
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Late Check-out (upon request): €15/hour for every extra hour after 10:00 AM.
Lost Keys: A €100 fee will be charged in case of lost apartment keys.
