Space
You will have at your disposal an entire apartment located on the second floor, recently renovated with a modern style.

Located in the Nolo district, very harmonious and made up of many small treasures, where you can relax thanks to the numerous parks and have fun in the bars, pubs and restaurants. Furthermore, you can visit all areas of Milan in total serenity thanks to the transport available under your door.

Duomo just 10 minutes by public transport.
Corso Buenos Aires just 5 minutes walk.
Central Station just 15 minutes walk.
Supermarkets 3 minutes walk away.
The nearest metro: Pasteur.

The apartment consists of a living room area with an open kitchen, a sleeping area and a private bathroom.

-The living room area has a sofa that converts into a sofa bed and an open kitchen.

-The kitchen offers all the essentials to allow you to cook your favorite dish. You will find: fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, sink, crockery, plates, glasses, set of pans and a coffee machine.

-The bedroom is spacious and has a large double bed, with clean sheets and blankets. You can store your clothes and personal effects in the spacious wardrobe.

-The bathroom is very chic, with a large shower, toilet, bidet, sink, washing machine, hairdryer and towels. We also provide you with a courtesy kit which includes soap and shampoo.

The apartment also has totally free WIFI, allowing you to browse or work smartly with total speed and without interruptions. It has air conditioning and heating.

It is suitable for 4 people, thanks to the sofa bed in the living room.
Access for guests
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO UNPLUG THE WIFI PLUG! YOU RISK NOT BEING ABLE TO ENTER!
Late check-outs will be required to pay a late fee through Airbnb.

It is mandatory to complete the link sent by us. We do not let the guest stay if we do not have the documents.

RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES (3pm-9pm). IF YOU ARE LATE OR EARLY, PLEASE WRITE IT IN THE CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra cost of €50 for check-in after 9.00 pm. We accept check-ins until 11.45pm and no later. There is an extra cost of €15 per hour in case of late check-out after 10:00.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES, THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a cot service for families, but we need to know this in advance in order to prepare what is necessary for your baby. The rental supplement is only €20. We simply ask you to let us know as soon as possible.

ON REQUEST YOU WILL HAVE THE POSSIBILITY OF MOVEMENT BY TAXI AT AN ADVANTAGEOUS PRICE.

-The Milan Cathedral is only 15 minutes away by public transport (only 7 stops), you will find the red metro near the house where you will stay.
-The Central Station is only 15 minutes away on foot, but you can still use public transport and it will only take 15 minutes (bus 87 or the metro).

In the area we find many guarded and free car parks, but a car is not always necessary because the area is very organized and well served by public transport:

-M1 (red metro), to visit Milan.
-Bus: 174, 43, 44, 51, 52, 53, 81.
