Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, it consists of a large living room with open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a private patio.

-The living room has two sofas which can be transformed into sofa beds and overlooks the balcony which makes the apartment very bright.

-The kitchen is open and blue in colour, giving an elegant tone to the room, with a beautiful parquet. Thanks to all the utensils available, you can easily cook your favorite dish in total autonomy. You will find: sink, oven, hob, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, oven, minibar, coffee machine, microwave and dining table.

-The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a large wardrobe where you can store all your personal effects.


-The bathroom has: toilet, bidet, sink, tub/shower and washing machine which you can use for free.

-The balcony is private and is furnished with a small table and 2 chairs, allowing you to admire the wonderful view that the house offers while sipping a coffee.



It also has totally free WIFI, offering you the possibility of browsing or working in smart working with total speed and without interruptions.

We also offer a cot service for families, but we need to know this in advance in order to prepare what is necessary for your baby. The rental supplement is only €20.
