The apartment has an elegant and sophisticated style and is very bright thanks to the Velux windows present throughout the house.

It is divided into a living room area, three bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.

The Living room area is large, you will find a sofa that can be transformed into a sofa bed to ensure maximum relaxation for the guest, a TV, a coat hanger to use and finally a dining table.

The first bedroom is large, has a double bed, a work area with desk and a comfortable chair, two coat hangers and a chest of drawers where you can store your personal effects.

The second bedroom also has a work corner with desk, a large double bed and a chest of drawers for your clothes.

The third bedroom includes a double bed, a single bed and a desk to be used by those who work smart.

The kitchen is bright and you will find everything you need to prepare your favorite dish: induction hob, sink, plates, cutlery, glasses, set of pots, set of pans, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and 6 stools to share with your half. Furthermore, you will find a washing machine to use for free during your stay.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, set of towels for each guest and free courtesy kit.

The apartment is equipped with heating.

There is an extra cost of €50 in case of check-in after 9.00 pm. We accept check-ins until 11.45pm and no later. There is an extra cost of €15 per hour in case of late check-out after 10:00.

Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a cot service for families. However, we need to know this in advance so that we can prepare what is necessary for your baby. The rental supplement is only €20. We simply ask you to let us know as soon as possible.
