The apartment is arranged in a living room area with open kitchen, sleeping area, bathroom and laundry room.
-The living room area is modern thanks to the very large furniture. It offers a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, a wall equipped with a SMART TV that you can use to watch a film after a long day, in total relaxation.
-The open kitchen has all the essentials to allow our guests to cook their favorite dish. You will find a peninsula with chairs where you can have your meals, induction hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, sink, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, set of pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery .
-The sleeping area offers two beds, a double bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings. Linen is provided.
-The private bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink, LED mirror, hairdryer, set of towels and courtesy kit for each guest.
-The laundry room is very convenient especially for long-term stays, with a washing machine available free of charge.
The apartment has independent heating and particularly fast free Wi-Fi connection, perfect for smart working and for browsing in complete tranquility without interruptions.
