The area is very quiet, you will find restaurants, bars, pubs, pizzerias and supermarkets.
Space
The apartment is located on the first floor with a wonderful terrace. At the entrance to the apartment there is the first bedroom which has a double bed and a double sofa bed.

The kitchen is open, equipped with a coffee machine, oven, fridge with freezer and all the dishes needed to prepare a meal at home. There is also a washing machine for those who need to wash their clothes.

On the left we find a spacious bathroom equipped with sink, toilet, shower/tub, bidet and hairdryer. Guests will be provided with a courtesy kit with shampoo and shower gel.

Going beyond the kitchen we find another bedroom where you will find a double bed and a large wardrobe where you can store your clothes.

The apartment has communal heating and has free Wi-Fi connection with speeds of up to 1 Gbps, perfect for work video calls, downloading very large files and browsing social media, or simply for watching a film.

Each guest will have access to high quality towels and sheets!

Anyone who is late at check-out will have a penalty to pay via Airbnb.

Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a cot service for families, but we need to know this in advance so that we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental supplement is only €20.
We simply ask you to let us know as soon as possible.
